These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of items, templates, digital downloads, and other materials (“Collections”) offered through the OVIDIA. online shop (“Shop”). By placing an order, accessing, or using any part of the Shop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Shop.

 

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By using the Shop, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

 

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Stripe). OVIDIA. does not store your payment information.


You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Orders may be canceled if fraudulent or incomplete information is detected.

 

 

3. Digital Downloads & Access

Many items in our collection are delivered digitally. Upon purchase, you will receive a download link or access email.

If you've changed your mind after purchasing a digital item, you may be eligible for a refund if you have not yet downloaded or access the product. Digital items are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. 

You may use digital materials (contracts, templates, planners, or guides) for your personal or business use only.

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any OVIDIA. digital materials unless explicitly labeled with resale rights (PLR).

 

 

4. Physical Items & Shipping

 

If your order includes physical items (e.g., planners, apparel, or printed materials):

  • Processing times are typically 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

  • Shipping times vary by destination and carrier but are typically 3-5 business days.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

OVIDIA. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after items have been shipped, but we will always do our best to assist in resolving delivery issues.

 

 

5. Refunds & Exchanges

 

Due to the nature of our collections:

 

  • Digital items: Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • Physical items: Refunds or exchanges are accepted only for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

    To request a return or report an issue, contact hello@ovidia.co with your order number and photos if applicable.

 

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All materials — including text, images, product descriptions, templates, and downloadable content — are owned by or licensed to Ovidia LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Shop or its contents without written permission.

 

 

7. Prohibited Use

 

You agree not to:

  • Use our collections for unlawful purposes.

  • Misuse digital materials by reselling or redistributing them.

  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the Shop.

Violating these terms may result in revoked access and potential legal action.

Ovidia LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
